We are pleased to announce the launch of a new and improved online billing and statement product. Recently, PharMerica introduced a new product called ViewMasteRx. ViewMasteRx provides you with all the same functionality as the Express Bill site currently provides and much more!

In addition to accessing your facility statements, you can:

  • Download statements to PDF files or export to Excel, CSV, or other formats;
  • Use the Pending Charges report to review charges that have posted, but have yet to be invoiced;
  • Customize billing data extracts to produce files that you can upload directly to your facility software system such as American Health Tech, Keane, and Point Click Care;
  • Access instant billing and resident reports to help you better manage medication spend;
  • View all historical service charges by category, and much more!

With the availability of this new product, PharMerica is transitioning all customers using the current Express Bill site to ViewMasteRx. Effective December 31, 2009, no new statements will be posted to Express Bill. Thereafter you can access all statements through ViewMasteRx.
