With all the changes that have occurred since January of 2020, Long Term Care has seen a shift that will change the industry forever. It will be important to be able to build systems that both sustain long term changes and support new challenges in the future

Over the last several months there is a shift happening, but unfortunately the degree of struggle is sometimes greater that the speed of the shift. Gaps in processes and communication of rapid changes have left many organizations grasping at straws and trying to interpret and understand regulations that are changing before they can even implement them. They are finding it hard to keep up and have been challenged to be able to build sustainable systems to remain compliant.

In this presentation we would like to help facilities identify key areas that will help them to assess their current organizational systems and structures, and identify elements and steps that can be implemented to mitigate their risk and successfully sustain the new process required for Long term care.

Key Webinar Learnings

  • Understand the changes and structure development that need to occur to sustain new systems within long term care.
  • Identify the industry areas that will be the most impactful to support the long-term system changes.
  • Evaluate areas that will be impacted and changed in each segment of long-term care (Ex. reporting, regulatory, oversite, education).
  • Explore elements that will need to be developed and how to implement them efficiently

This webinar has been submitted for approval to offer 1 CEU for nurses and administrators.
