This program will introduce attendees to the value-based care landscape in long term care.  The clinical phenotype and cost profile of long-term care residents will be discussed, and the impact of these beneficiaries on the US healthcare system and Medicare program will be explained.  We will conclude by describing emerging value-based care opportunities in the long-term care and senior living community space.
