This interactive, fast-paced session will identify several strategies for Operational and Clinical Leadership to manage the significant changes to the Quality Measure database and prepare for the new survey processes.

This session will focus on the new data items that are currently being used to create the provider specific Quality Measure reports. Operational, Clinical, and MDS department managers need to carefully review the new data, measurements, and calculations impacting the outcome statistics. This session will review the updated Quality Measure Manual v17.0 and specific data requirements. The newly recalculated Quality Measure reports (IQIES) can impact 5-Star Levels, Value Based Purchasing Calculations, and Quality Reporting Program reports. The release of significant changes to the survey process will be identified with action steps to prepare teams to respond. Join us for a candid review of the new processes and strategies for successful implementation.
