This session will provide participants with a comprehensive update on key developments affecting the assisted living sector at both the federal and state levels. Attendees will gain insight into current and emerging policy activities by federal lawmakers and regulators that directly impact assisted living operations. Significant industry, legislative and regulatory trends shaping the national and state landscape will be explored. Additionally, participants will learn about ongoing initiatives and strategic efforts designed to support the growth, resilience, and long-term success of assisted living professionals.
Learning objectives:
1. Understand the activities federal policymakers are undertaking that impact assisted living.
2. Identify state and national industry, regulatory, and legislative trends and developments.
3. Learn about current efforts to help assisted living professionals succeed now and in the future.
