Hear from some long-term care/post-acute care leaders as they walk through the aftermath of a survey and how they determined what needed to be done, how they implemented interventions, and what actions they took to ensure sustainability of those interventions. They will also share the impact the deficiencies had on their facilities, both good and bad.

  1. Explain how to determine what needs to be done following a survey.
  2. Discuss how to implement an intervention.
  3. List 2 methods that were used to ensure sustainability of the intervention.
