2024 is a year of regulatory and payment changes that must be addressed by operational, fiscal and clinical management of skilled nursing facilities.

This fast-paced, fact-filled webinar will highlight key issues related to assessment data, clinical risks, and changes in interview directions and documentation; claims audit activity and compliance and documentation requirements; and MDS 1.19.11, which will be implemented October 1, 2024.

This event will arm you with effective strategies to prepare your facility and IDT team for the current requirements and the Oct 1 changes.

 

Learning Objectives

1. Identify changes to the assessment database having implications for payment, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

2. Describe training and competency documentation for IDT members to improve accuracy of data.

3. Review current claims audit processes and strategies to help facilities prepare for audits and reduce Part A Medicare claims denials.
