QA&A meetings can be long and ineffective. How do you set up your meetings to be effective and hold the interest of your committee? Do you do ad hoc meetings in between your QA&A meetings? In the third of our three-part QAPI webinar series with NADONA, we will explore both types of meetings and describe when they should be used and how to make them valuable to your organization.

 

Learning objectives:

1. Identify three items that should be on the QAPI agenda each meeting.

2. Discuss the circumstances in which an ad hoc meeting would be held.

3. List the mandated members of the QA&A committee.
