A month after the new facility assessment deadline, the first requirement under the staffing mandate, Holly Harmon, Sr. Vice President of Quality, Regulatory & Clinical Services at AHCA, shares timely updates on next steps for facility compliance.

She’ll address common questions and concerns among facilities arising with the updated requirements on the facility assessment and surveyor expectations. She’ll also discuss creative strategies to attract and retain nursing staff. Facilities will leave informed about the requirements and understand ways to reduce staff turnover and enhance resident care.
