There are times when being the DON means assuming additional responsibilities and roles. Every facility is staffed differently due to size and budgeting. Join us for this webinar as we explore those possibilities and how to effectively manage them through organization and delegation.

1. List what other roles might be a part of the DON responsibilities.
2. Describe how to determine which roles/responsibilities are yours and what you can delegate.
3. Explain what role you must play in the MDS if you have an LPN as the MDS coordinator.
