In this first webinar in a 3-part series with NADONA, we will review the top 10 deficiencies and discuss what events triggered them. We will look at the scope and severity overall, as well as in the CMS regions. This session will set the stage for the next two in the series.

1. List the top 10 deficiencies issued in 2023 in the United States.
2. Identify what patterns or trends led to non-compliance.
3. Discuss the scope & severity trends in the top 5 deficiencies.
