Subscription & Activation Process
Facilities or corporate entities subscribing for eFile automated Census updates must initiate an activation request via the PointClickCare Marketplace portal. Please note that you will also have to utilize the PCC-Pharmerica IMM integration in addition to this application for the process to function. The activation process follows these steps:
- Customer Request: The facility or corporation submits an activation request through the PCC portal.
- PharMerica Review & Approval: Each request is reviewed and approved by PharMerica to ensure proper setup and authorization.
- PCC Activation: Upon approval, the PCC team is notified and typically completes the activation within 2–3 business days.
- Confirmation Notification: Once the activation is finalized, both the PharMerica team and the customer receive an email confirmation to begin data exchange.
