From a lack of understanding of roles to an “us versus them” mentality that can result in silos, the communication challenges among long-term care clinical staff can result in breakdowns that negatively impact residents’ lives. To improve workplace relationships, ensure productive dialogue, and build a culture founded on respect, this session will discuss strategies and techniques as well as ways to create safe spaces for conversations to take place.
